Refund Policy

Authenticity guarantee. Every watch I sell is guaranteed authentic, and I photograph every watch before it ships.

Returns. You have 3 days from delivery to return a watch you bought from me. The watch must be returned in the exact condition you received it. I pay the return shipping. To start a return, text me at (480) 748-9924 or email me@gregswatches.com.

Refunds. Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving the watch back in its original condition. Your refund is sent the same way you paid, so if you paid by wire, your refund is sent by wire.

If a watch fails authentication. If a watch you bought from me fails authentication, contact me right away by text at (480) 748-9924 or by email at me@gregswatches.com. I pay the return shipping and you receive a full refund.
